how to increase your strength

WHAT DO YOU ALL MEAN BY THE WORD STRENGTH?

• Its the capacity of an object or substance to withstand great force or pressure

• WHAT YOU ALL THINK HOW YOU INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY?

• The only one way of increase your capacity is to work continuously
• suppose that you fix a target of doing 50 push up ,but now your capacity of doing push up is 10 then how you increase this
• (1) do 10 push up continuously every day yet you don`t feel to increase
• (2)when you feel that now i have to increase the number then you increase according to your strength
• (3)do the same process continuously yet you feel to increase then increase the number and carry on same process
• (4)one day what you get , you feel that you got your 50 push up target
  

  WHAT YOU GAIN FROM THIS PROCESS?

• obviously  your strength now your capacity is to doing 50 means you gain your strength up to 500% ,this happen because of your continuous work

• SO GUYS NEVER FORGET TO WORK CONTINUOUS IF YOU WANT TO GAIN YOUR STRENGTH NOT PHYSICALLY ALSO DO SAME FOR MENTALLY INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH

today i go to share one story with you all i hope you all like
Now i go to start the story,
This is a story of a little boy who live in Oklahoma,united state.His age is approx 14 year.He lost his parent in a road accident,his father was a news paper distributor,his mother work as a maid. After the death of his parent he is now totally alone, his father had left a little saving for him that help him to manage his 2 month food,he took money from his father saving box keep it in his pocket and go market to buy some food for himself.The distance between market from his home is approx 1 km. He took a bus for market whole time during his travel only one think running on his mind what i do after 2 month ,what i do when i have no money ,his face shows how much he worried.A cute little girl of her age sitting next to him she notice her from 25 minutes lastly she put her hand on his shoulder and ask what happen ,but boy lost in his thinking so she ask again but now this time she shake his shoulder and ask , the boy firstly feared because that time who not understand what going on but after a some seconds girl say calm down nothing goes wrong i shake your body i m sorry about this but what i do i ask a question from you but you don't hear so i do this.The boy replies its ok say ask what you want to know ,she replies what happen with you why u looking so depress ,the boy replied no no nothing goes wrong i am tired,girl say oh great first time i see a boy who feel tired while he  sit comfortable ,boys looking her face girl give a cute smile and ask say what happen ,now boy tell the hole tragedy happen with him,After hearing all girl take a long breath and say why u worried most why not you join your father work that he do when he alive ,the boy face start glowing after hearing this he said oh i am fool ,i block my thinking ability by worried , he say him thanks now he reach destination  say her good bye and come out from bus and go to market buy some food and back home.Next day he wake up early goes to newspaper printing office meet the manager their and request him to offer his newspaper to him for distribute,the manger allow him because he know his father well .that day is his memorable day because from that day he start earning money.In morning he sell newspaper and  after the noon he work in a retail store as a sells boy until night ,he is very curious ,honest and hard working guy ,the firm owner is happy with his work and give him a extra money as bonus now his live spent good but however he is not satisfied he starting saving his money he decrease his expenditure after working like this continuously for 10 year he decided to drop his job and start his own retail store,he spend his saving very smartly on his project and start a his own retail store,in start of his business  he mange all work oh his store by himself,but as the number of costumer increase he increase the worker in his store ,one day a lady came in  his store to buy some goods unfortunately that time he exit from same way that he enter and his eyes stay on him ,he think may be she is that girl who give me advice and now because of her advice i am on this place so he want to confirm is she really that girl,so he say excuse me mam can i ask you one question she say yes then he reply can you meet a depress worry guy in a bus and you make him happy by your advice before 10 year ,she reply fast yes yes i do this i never forget that moment his feared face is yet in my mind ,but how you know this, the man  stop for a minute give smile and say i am that guy ,i lady start smiling and give him a tight hug and ask how's you he reply i am well and happy because of you.she ask what you do now he say i am owner of this store she surprised what is it true ,he say yes and all happen because of your advice. After this they talk on  personal life's he asked what you do she say i am working in a firm ,after that he ask you single she say unlucky yes  he say why why you say unlucky she tell him her story that how a guy cheated her , after hearing he look at her face give smile and say can you forget all your past and marry me, she don't believe  that happen on that time,she start crying ,give him a tight hug and say yes.both get married lady quit her job and join her partner business they both try to expand their business and live with peace and happiness.
